Once we have received payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation of delivery notification. This notification will be sent to both your email and phone using FedEx or DHL services.

We strive to deliver your order within 3-7 working days. However, please note that the actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier company delays. Approximate prices as follows depending on weight:

• Standard Small Parcel: $35-95

• Standard Medium Parcel: $120-$210

• Standard Large Parcel: $210-$375

Our standard delivery times are 7 to 14 days (excluding weekends) We offer a semi-express service.

You can also request our VIP White Glove service which offers 24hr-48hr delivery. A dedicated courier team member of LAB will hand deliver directly to you in any country in the world. Contact us for more information on this offering.

Some import restrictions and taxes may be applicable depending on your chosen delivery destination. Any restrictions and taxes are your responsibility. If you have any issues or questions, please contact your local authority.

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits: Track your orders and review past purchases. We take pride in preparing your order with care from start to finish. If something is not quite right, we may have to cancel your order. If you have already paid and depending on the status of your order, it is not possible to cancel an item. And we have a strict no refund policy unless the item is faulty or need a size exchange. There may be an administration fee involved.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email order@luxafrique.boutique as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.

We have a no return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged before it was sent out. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To start a return, you can contact us at order@luxafrique.boutique to check eligibility. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label which will be paid by you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at order@luxafrique.boutique

You can make payment via credit card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency or Bank Transfer.

We only accept payment via EFT (Electronic funds transfer) into the Lux Afrique Boutique bank account. Delivery will be confirmed once we have received the payment for your order. Please ensure that all payments are made quoting the order reference number on your check out invoice.

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During checkout, you can select your country, and shipping options and costs will be provided.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement.

Free shipping is available for orders with a total value exceeding $5000 and a weight of less than 10kg. Orders that do not meet these criteria will incur standard shipping charges based on the order value and weight.

Contact our customer service team to first see if an exchange is possible. All items must be in the same packaging with label as received. There will be return shipping fee. This fee covers both the collection of the item and the shipping of the new item to you.
We have a small window of 14 days to process the return and exchange. Please ensure that the payment for a return shipping label is made promptly, and the item is ready for collection within this period. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and request for an exchange with the brand. Then we will ship the replacement to you.
