Returns and Refunds.
You are entitled to a refund only if your item is found to be faulty or defective. Due to the nature of our business we purchase through brands on your behalf and therefore refunds and returns are not permissible.
In the unlikely event that you receive your item faulty please follow the below to ensure that we can resolve your issue suitably.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid. Any items returned that are not faulty will incur a return delivery charge and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
To arrange a return or a refund of item please contact us on the contact form stating refund as the reason, we will then be in contact to facilitate.
It takes 2-5 business days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time. All refunds can only be returned to the bank account that the original payment was made.
Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. See information about our refund timelines here. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed.
