How do I register for an account?

How do I log in and sign out of my account?
Select the 'Log In' option at the top of the page and enter your username and password. To sign out of your account, please select the 'Log Out' option.
How can I change my details?
Once you have logged in your will see the “My Account”. You can log in to your account on the Log In page and make any changes you require.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
You can request a new password by clicking on 'Forgotten Password?' on the Log In page. We will send you a link to re-set your password.
If you can't remember the email address you registered with, or if you have problems signing in to your account, then please contact our Customer Service team.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Please follow the 'unsubscribe' link from any of our email newsletters.
It can take up to four weeks for your preferences to be registered on our system, so you may still receive emails from us during this period.
Why can’t I find a product that I’d like to purchase?
If you can’t find a product that you would like to purchase please contact our Concierge team who will endeavour to assist you.
What are my delivery options?

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If our couriers are unable to obtain a signature they will attempt one further delivery at a later date.
If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be returned to your local carriers’ depot.
Can I return my purchase?
Die to the nature of our service and product, we regret that we can’t accept any returns unless the product is deemed to be faulty. Please visit our Returns page for more information.
How do I know that I have successfully placed an order?
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. You can track your parcel online by clicking the link shown on your email or by logging in to your online account and selecting 'Order History'.

How do I pay?
Payment guidelines will be sent to you once you have checked out. We only accept bank transfer as a means of payment.
Can I purchase a LAB Gift Voucher?
We offer a variety of gift voucher values, they can be purchased here. You will then be emailed a unique voucher code with a unique gift voucher number.
How do I use a Gift Card?
At the checkout, enter your Gift voucher number as found on the digital gift voucher.
