Our delivery service is a connection based service. We will facilitate your delivery with our selected delivery partner.

If you wish to arrange your own collection and delivery of your order please inform us before making the payment for your order.

Delivery will be confirmed once we have received the payment for your order. Please ensure that all payments are made quoting the order reference number on your check out invoice. 

  • 24hrs-48hrs Delivery: LWGS (LAB White Glove Service) for VIP clients with a spend over $150,000 a year or signed up to annual LWGS & Lux Afrique Concierge Membership £6,000 per year. A dedicated courier team member of LAB will hand deliver directly to you. (High value items over £100,000 will be accompanied with a security personnel) Max 23kg per person.
  • VIP LWGS Express Delivery: 24hr-48hrs. Price on request.
  • 2-5 working Days: Courier service is a local delivery company in each country offering door to door service. Larger items could take longer
  • 3-7 working Days: DHL or FedEx standard delivery time. Taxes & customs duties will apply! Larger items could take longer.

Prices as follows:

  • Standard small parcel: 7 to 14 days. $35
  • Standard large parcel: 7 to 14 days. $150
  • VIP Semi Express: 72-96hrs. Price on request.

Our standard delivery times are 7 to 14 days (excluding weekends).

We offer a semi-express service for the following countries but due to visa restrictions please allow 72 to 96 hours for delivery. Algeria, Bhutan, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Niger, Sierra Leone, Sudan, South Sudan.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Before we can dispatch your purchases, we need confirmation from our bank that the funds have been received. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts the following morning (local time) from the time the funds have been cleared. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our customers. All our deliveries require a signature, we do not offer a drop off service. This is to insure the safe arrival of your order.
